This meeting was held on Friday, May 4, 2007, and the participants are as follows: Mr. David Keene, Chairman; Mr. William Lauderback, Vice Chairman of the American Conservative Union; Mr. Rafael Rodriguez, President of the July 4th, 1899 Foundation; Ms. Rocio Velez, Vice President of the Solena Group; Hon. Roberto Arango Vinent, Senator from Puerto Rico; Mr. Antonio Monroig, Chairman of the U.S. Council for Puerto Rican Statehood; Mr. Luis Baco, Chief of Staff for the Resident Commissioner Hon. Luis G. Fortuno; and Mr. Carlos E. Chardon, Executive Director of the Republican Party of Puerto Rico.
