Dr. Robert E. Dansby Ph. D:
Dr. Dansby has previously been an executive manager who specializes in business strategy, business operations analysis, and business development. His academic specialty is industrial organization. He has over 30 years experience in business, technology management, and economic / financial analysis. His experience includes:

q Business Development and marketing of technology products and services
q Founding of successful start-up companies
q Founder of leading E-Learning Company
q Creation and implementation of guidelines for evaluating competitive, strategic and financial merit of new ventures and partnerships
Dr. Dansby was formerly Executive Director of Regulatory Economics and Pricing Theory in the Public Policy and Regulatory Analysis Organization at Bellcore. Prior to joining Bellcore in 1989, he held various positions at AT&T. As a charter member of AT&T’s New Business Ventures Group, he co-managed a venture fund. His responsibilities included identification and development of technology-based businesses, development of new venture business plans, management of venture funding, and creation of financial systems and procedures used for venture evaluation and tracking. Dr. Dansby also worked in the Strategic Planning Organization of AT&T’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group, where he was responsible for financial evaluation of mergers and joint ventures.
He has served as Visiting Professor of Economics at Yale University’s School of Organization and Management, and as Adjunct Associate Professor at Rutgers University’s Graduate School of Business. He also served as the Conrad Hilton Professor of Entrepreneurship at Xavier University in New Orleans.
